Highground Services is an engineering company that specializes in process control and instrumentation projects in industrial and municipal markets. Highground Services, Inc. was formed as a merger of two successful engineering businesses. The founders of Highground Services (John Warren, James Strozier, Rose Warren and Lisa Strozier), have a combined total of over 50 years of engineering experience, as well as almost 20 years of combined experience in managing an engineering business. The merger of these two successful engineering firms was intended to allow the combined company to grow faster than the two firms could grow as individual companies and continue to deliver a high quality service to its clients.

Highground Services is structured as a minority-owned business, qualifying as both minority owned and women owned. Highground Services has been certified by the Virginia Department of Minority Business Enterprise as a Small Women Owned and Minority Business (SWAM Certification #665492).

Highground Services targets small to medium sized engineering projects, providing a turn-key solution. Highground Services provides project scope, project design, equipment specifications, engineering, design, equipment procurement, installation and start-up, or any combination. Highground Services also provides instrument calibration, trouble-shooting services and training.
