Highground's Executive Team

James is one of the cofounders of Highground Services and has over 35 years of experience in engineering, maintenance and operations.  Prior to starting Highground Services, he owned and operated another successful engineering business, and prior to that, he worked for over 20 years in the pulp and paper industry, and in equipment sales.  His areas of expertise include process control, automation, process optimization, and maintenance.  James’ diverse technical background and his leadership skills have helped to lead Highground Services to its success.  James has a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Louisiana Tech, and is professionally licensed in Virginia and North Carolina.
